Robicelli's is operating on the "hub-and-spoke" model, where one retail bakery with a chef-led production kitchen can service multiple smaller cafe units/kiosks in a specified geographic area. Hub units require 2000+sf of commercial real estate, cafe spokes are ideally 800-1200sf, with patio seating where possible. We are also building an "express" kiosk model for high-volume gathering places such as hotels, transportation hubs, food courts, office buildings and university campuses.
Fransmart has a 20-year track record of developing emerging food brands into international chains, such as Five Guys Burgers & Fries, The Halal Guys, zPizza and Qdoba Mexican Grill. Building on the massive success they have had growing brands in international markets, they opened a dedicated European division in 2014 to expand their concepts across the continent. Top Typical Fransmart franchise candidates include area and master developers, experienced chain operators, and high net-worth individuals.
