Since 2008, Robicelli's has been one of NYC's premier wholesalers of cakes, cupcakes, and brownies. In 2013 we added a line of pies, cookies, breakfast pastries, puddings, bar cookies, and house specialties that have made major waves in the industry, as you can tell from some of the press attention we've garnered. Our offerings have consistently been placed on countless "Best Of" lists from sources like Zagat, Food Network, Yelp, The Village Voice, the NY Daily News, Cooking Channel, and many more.
When you put Robicelli's on your menu, you aren't providing your guests run-of-the-mill, mass-produced baked goods. We hire classically trained chefs from the country's top cooking schools, and take no shortcuts in our production methods. All items are made the old-fashioned way using quality ingredients: real fruit, European cocoa, handmade doughs, creamery butter, all-natural extracts. We never use powdered mixes, canned pudding or pie filling, shortening, palm oil, or any industrial food replacements.
We distribute to restaurants, caterers, gourmet shops, foodservice providers, corporate cafeterias, and cafes within 100 miles of New York City through Featherstone Foods.
